MISK – Road Development
The proposed new MISK development in the City of Riyadh is one of the essential and key projects in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is an integral part of Vision 2030.
The MISK development project is located north of Riyadh Irqah suburbs, the existing local roads south of the development will eventually become the main access roads to the project. To that extent, the existing roads are to be developed and improved so that these roads are integrated with the MISK project.
TBA was tasked with the design of the roads that will be developed in different aspects including the roads’ geometric design, parking spaces, landscaping, hardscaping, markings, signings, utilities, and the general integration with the existing Misk roads system and master plan.
